Many specialist and renowned Doctors such as Gabor Mate speaks candidly and succinctly about how stress can wreak havoc on your physical health and the connections that lie therein.

A chance now for the audience to take part in some fun role-play/ team work activities to try and incorporate some of the lessons learnt in today's wellness talks.
